Services
Everything below is something I’ve done for a paying client in the last 12 months. Pick one, or tell me the problem and I’ll pick for you.
Strategy
Who ranks, who shows up in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews when your customer asks, what they charge, what they say, and where the gap is. You get a written report with a keyword and content list you can hand to anyone.
Positioning, offers, channels, budget and a 90-day calendar. One document, built in a VIP Day or over 2 weeks, depending on how many offers you have.
The signature one. A strategy built around how women in your market research, compare and decide. Own page →
Email marketing
For a list that’s either silent or shouting. Welcome and onboarding sequences, nurture, launch and promo campaigns, re-engagement, newsletters, and automations wired to your forms and CRM. I write, design, build and report.
Platforms: ActiveCampaign, Omnisend, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp.
Already got buyers? The Second Purchase Engine, my lifecycle programme, rebuilds the automated flows that sell to them again.
Search
Technical fixes, local and service pages, content, and links where they’re earned. Ads for the searches worth paying for, with conversion tracking set up before a dollar is spent.
Want it as a fixed programme? The Fix List: a monthly crawl, a ranked list, and up to 12 fixes implemented for you.
Making your business quotable by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews: entity pages, FAQ content, schema, llms.txt, and the brand mentions AI engines treat as proof.
The programme: The Cited Programme: 40 buying questions tracked across 5 assistants every month, remediation done for you.
Google Business Profile, reviews, citations, suburb pages. For anyone who serves a radius: trades, clinics, studios, shops.
The programme: The Suburb Map: 2 new suburbs taken every month, with a heat map that shows whether the phone rang.
Ads
Lead generation and retargeting with creative I write and design. Pixel and Conversions API set up properly so you can see what the money did.
Ads served to people inside a 30-metre radius of a location: a competitor’s shop, a conference, a hospital, your own store. Useful and slightly sneaky.
Websites
WordPress on SiteGround. Sitemap, wireframes, copy, build, speed, tracking. Renovations when the bones are fine and the conversion isn’t.
Heatmaps, form fixes, page rewrites, A/B tests where the traffic justifies it. Usually the cheapest growth you’ll buy because the visitors are already there.
Content and social
Blog posts, guides, lead magnets, case studies. Written for a person first, then tuned for search and AI engines.
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram. Planned in 14-day batches, scheduled in Metricool, tied to your email list so it does something.
Brand
Logo, palette, type, templates. Usually alongside a website so the two match.
Profile rewrite, a 14-day content system, and connection and message sequences that don’t read like a robot wrote them. For founders and B2B.
Funnel building
Lead magnet brainstorm and build, landing page, thank-you page, tracking (GA4, pixels, conversions), your email platform connected to the form, an automated nurture sequence, and 3 ads per platform. Start to end, one fixed price, usually 3 weeks.
