Social that feeds the machine
LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, planned in 14-day batches, tied to your email list so it does something.
Content planned a fortnight at a time, written in your voice, designed in your brand, scheduled in Metricool, and pointed somewhere: a lead magnet, a booking page, a phone number. Applause is nice; enquiries pay rent.
Sound familiar?
- You post when you remember, which is when business is slow, which is the worst time to look quiet.
- Your feed is other people’s quotes and one blurry job photo.
- Someone said “be on TikTok” and now you dread Tuesdays.
- A month of posting earned 40 likes and zero enquiries, and nobody can explain why that’s fine.

How it works
Pick 2 channels
Where your buyers scroll, which is almost never everywhere. The rest get deliberate silence.
Batch fortnightly
One working session produces 14 days of posts. You approve the batch, not 28 separate drafts.
Point it somewhere
Posts route to the lead magnet, the booking page or the phone. The report counts arrivals.
Questions
Which platforms should I be on?
For most Sydney service businesses selling to households: Facebook and Instagram. Selling to businesses: LinkedIn and one other. TikTok only if your buyer is genuinely there and you can stomach video weekly.
Do you reply to comments and DMs?
Commenting routines can be included (depending on scope); sales conversations in your DMs stay yours, because buyers can tell.
Can I just do this myself with the batch plan?
Yes, and some clients do exactly that after 3 months: I build the system, they run it. That’s a good outcome, and the VIP Day makes it cheap to set up.
Not sure this is the one?
Book the call and bring the problem. If a different service fits better, I’ll say so, and if none of mine do, I’ll point you somewhere honest.
