A marketing plan that fits on your wall
Positioning, offers, channels, budget and a 90-day calendar. One document, no deck.
Built in a VIP Day or over 2 weeks depending on how many offers you have. You leave with decisions, not options: what you sell first, to whom, through which 2 channels, with what budget, measured by what number.
Sound familiar?
- You do marketing in bursts: a flurry in quiet weeks, silence when busy, repeat.
- Every guru podcast adds a new tactic to your guilt list.
- You’ve got 3 offers and your website leads with the one that pays worst.
- Last year’s “strategy” was a list of social post ideas.

How it works
Interrogate
Your numbers, offers, capacity and past attempts. Strategy built on vibes dies by week 3.
Decide
We choose, together, in the room. The document records decisions already made, which is why it gets followed.
Calendar it
90 days, week by week, with the first fortnight detailed to the day. Review at day 90, adjust, repeat.
Questions
How is this different from the Health Check?
The Health Check reviews what exists and ranks fixes. Strategy decides where the business is going and what to build. Most people need the Health Check first, and it’s credited if you continue.
Will you execute the plan too?
If you want: that’s the retainers. Plenty of clients take the plan and run it in-house, and the document is written to survive that.
What if I already have a marketer?
Then the day arms them. Bring them; the plan lands better when the person running it helped make it.
Not sure this is the one?
Book the call and bring the problem. If a different service fits better, I’ll say so, and if none of mine do, I’ll point you somewhere honest.
