Ads aimed at one building
Serve your ads to people inside a 30-metre radius of a place that matters.
A competitor’s showroom. A conference your buyers attend. A hospital, a school gate at pickup, your own store. Useful and slightly sneaky, and entirely within the platforms’ rules: the targeting is the craft.
Sound familiar?
- Your buyers gather somewhere specific (like a convention) and your ads are sprayed across a 20 km radius.
- A competitor’s customers would switch if anyone ever asked them.
- You sponsor the event; everyone else gets the attention.
How it works
Pick the ground
One to five locations where your actual buyers stand still long enough to notice an ad.
Build the fence
Campaigns built per location with creative that names the context, which is what makes this work.
Read the map
Results per location, so the second month only pays for the buildings that produced.
Questions
Is this legal?
Yes. It uses the ad platforms’ own location targeting at its tightest setting. No tracking you install, no data you hold.
Does 30 metres really work?
Radius precision varies by platform and device, and the honest answer is “roughly”. The craft is pairing tight location with creative that names the place; that pairing is what converts.
What does a campaign cost?
Scoped per campaign because one building for one week and five venues for a season are different animals. Spend from about $1,500 per location per month plus build.
