The Fix List
SEO where the fixes get done.
Every month we crawl your whole site, rank everything broken by what it costs you in enquiries, and then log into your WordPress and fix it ourselves. You get a one-page report and a 4-minute video of what changed, in plain English.
If you’ve paid for an SEO report before and watched it age in a drawer, this is the other kind.
Sound familiar?
- You’ve got an SEO report from 2024. Nobody ever did the things in it.
- Your agency sends a 40-page PDF each month and the phone rings exactly as often as before.
- Your web person can build pages but won’t touch redirects, schema or site speed.
- You know something’s broken because traffic slid, and nobody can tell you what, in English.
How it works

Then, every month
Up to 12 fixes implemented, 2 pages rebuilt, links and schema placed, and the one-pager showing what moved. You approve anything visible before it ships.
Fix List questions
Is this an SEO audit?
The crawl and the ranked list are the audit. The difference is what happens next: we log into your WordPress and make the fixes ourselves, up to 12 a month, then send you a one-page report and a 4-minute video of what changed.
What counts as a fix?
Broken links, missing or duplicated titles and metas, slow pages, orphaned pages, thin pages merged or rebuilt, schema added and validated, internal links placed, redirects, image weight, crawl errors. If it needs a developer rebuilding the theme, we scope that separately and tell you first.
Do you need access to my site?
Yes, an admin login and a full backup before we touch anything. WordPress on any host; SiteGround, Cloudeflare, other hosting services are home ground.
What if my site is small?
Then the list runs out, which is the point. Most sites under 30 pages are largely fixed by month 3, and you either stop or move the budget to content and GEO.
How is this different from your Growth Retainer?
The retainer runs channels (email plus SEO or ads) with open scope. The Fix List is one channel, fixed scope, fixed dozen fixes a month.
